Chase Labs

Chase Labs

While designing an innovation lab for Chase, we discovered the need for a digital sales tool that defined the ecosystem of Chase’s products for businesses — a need that was currently unmet. The innovation lab became the physical embodiment of the content and modularity that the app was built upon. Chase and JPMorgan sales teams and employees now use this application as part of their workflow.

We transformed Chase’s global sales approach from analog to digital.

Chase didn’t have a singular source of product information for their global merchant service sales employees. They were stuck creating and referencing one-off, quickly outdated PowerPoints, leading to inconsistent messaging and confusing information.

The app enables customers to personalize the content served to them.

By selecting industry and sales volume, the customer is taken to content that pertains directly to the products and solutions that match the business’ needs. Language also changes based on enterprise and small-business owners.

Component library & CMS

The app is flexible to desktop and iPad, and built on a modular component library. As Chase introduces new products and industries they can easily update the content via the flexible CMS we built.

After conducing an extensive content audit, we turned half a decade of research into an easily-digestible experience.

The app is available in the JPMorgan Chase & Co. app library, and was rolled out across sales teams early February 2019. The experience also lives in an immersive experiential lab we designed for the new Dallas, Texas headquarters.
